@Tubajug, I admit to having a strong desire to experience this one vicariously through you (but of course only if you don't have anything better to do)
Obviously missing finger pads and a bottom first valve cap, so not likely playable unless one is flexible enough and willing to stick one's finger up the hole and function as a spring for the first piaton...
But how wrong can one go for $75?
And someone must have thought a lot (or very little) to brace the 3rd and 1st loops below the 2nd slide like that... It is elegant in an eye catching (not to mention fingers) sort of way.

Kinda looks like it has a Marcinkiewicz mouthpiece stuck in it, so it might be worth it for that alone…?

Re: Omaha, NE: old European Eb tuba $75
A friend of mine sent this to me via Facebook marketplace. It is interesting, for sure. It doesn't appear to be in terrible shape, dent-wise. I will actually be in Omaha tomorrow morning, but I doubt I could convince my wife to let me come home with another (crusty) tuba, even if it is only $75....

It's just a mouthpiece... with a tuba attached!Tubajug wrote: Fri Apr 25, 2025 10:56 am A friend of mine sent this to me via Facebook marketplace. It is interesting, for sure.
