Conn Pan America B-flat (probably: future frankentuba...or just a "beater" B-flat)

Here is some more Frankentuba fuel - a Conn (Pan American line) B-flat tuba which should be a really easy cut to C.
The bore size in the top-action valveset is .700" - and seems to stay just about that size for a couple of loops PAST the valveset, so (besides the before-valveset tuning slide which can be eliminated) one of those post-valveset loops should be able to be made to "disappear" (to achieve C-length) as well.
There appears to be a heavy layer of "barn tarnish" over a worn satin-silver finish. The Pan American engraving (as can be seen) is amazing.
If - simply - it remains as someone's "beater" B-flat, some of the solder joints on the #3 top-action circuit need to be redone, Something like woodwind key oil (no thicker) might be recommended for the (unplated nickel silver) pistons, and there is an outside-slide-tube-to-upper-bow brace missing. There is also no receiver brace. (Again, if converted to C - probably with a 1241/2341 valveset...?? - ALL of that stuff is moot.)
I'm asking $700 for this (plus lowest possible cost FedExGround shipping...I have a FedEx account, and will drop it off at a pick-up location.)
I actually have it tooting in B-flat, and the overtone series is quite true. A FOLLOW-UP POST FEATURES A SHORT VIDEO WITH A TWO-OCTAVE B-FLAT SCALE.
The bell diameter is 18 inches, and the overall height is 34 inches.
Finally, the bottom bow cap isn't smashed in, so it can probably be left as is, or minor cap dents can be removed WITHOUT removing the cap from the bottom bow.
Please don't offer much less than the quoted price...Buy the time transportation was covered to where it was, I paid the best price I could manage to pay, listed this ad, will have communicated with the ultimate buyer, and will have packed it for shipping and dropped it off, my mark-up is very modest on this...and it's nice piece with tremendous potential.
If someone just wants this as a "beater" B-flat (instead of as a project instrument), I'm willing to straighten out the #3 slide alignment and solder joints, prior to shipping it, but please do not request any additional work.
