They come that way from the factory.
As to this ad, the guy has ZERO feedback, and further down he says it is $5000, so I would avoid this one like the plague. It is very suspicious.

I saw this, and it's a two hour drive. It would be an easy resell, but yes. Likely stolen.

As do all 17-inch Boosey, Besson, Yammy and other copies that have been improperly stood on their bells, then...oops....
Yes, I agree: the price is too low. It screams hot.
