New mouthpiece day, plus a repair
Yeah, I know. New mouthpiece day isn't nearly as exciting as new tuba day. This 7B was listed by a Reverb seller who described it as "u fix it". I sent them a low ball offer which they promptly accepted. 3 minutes of tapping and about 1/4 the price of an undamaged new one.
