Post by Kontrabasstuba »

A beautiful Russian Ortodox chant arranged by Jim McIntyre.
Played in October 2020 during my Masterclass at the Conservatorio Alfredo Casella Italy.

Excellent! I've played this in concert band in the key of Eb a few times, it's fun when a contrabass plays the big part down an octave. : metalhorns:
How about this next with an F tuba on solo?

And this one, perhaps with a solo tuba under 3 trombones or euphoniums-

And this with BBb or CC! :smilie8:

Do you have the music from both pieces?
