I wouldn't wager more, but I would wager $2 that it's a B-flat.

If you're going off just the dogleg section of the main tuning slide being curved and not straight like a traditional C Mirafone then you might be mistaken. I actually had in my possession a 1964 CC last year that had a factory "B flat dogleg" like this one installed at some point (maybe originally who knows). The first and third slides look way too short to be a B flat.

I’m aware of all those mouthpipe and dogleg to the main slide slide variations on those, but what I’m seeing is a really long bell - which some of the early B-flat versions featured…which was also smaller at the bottom than the C version bell.

There is a B-flat 184 here and two C 184 bells… The bottoms of both of those bells are too large to fit into the B-flat bottom bow.
