What type of tuba is this?

Can anyone tell me what type of tuba this is? This is all the detail I have available.

looks more like a Besson Euphonium to me

What makes it seem more like a euphonium than tuba? I'm new at this.

Mark is probably taking in the minimal context clues, and noticing what appear to be short circuit lengths as well as bracing that is somewhat large in proportion to tubing diameter.

For certain: He has the maker correctly identified.

The closeness of the 4th valve to valves 1-3 (the butt end of the 4th valve is behind the 1st valve) and what looks like a main tuning slide that would not be in the photo at all if it was a tuba. The main tuning slide is several inches below the valve block on a tuba

I concur with the Besson Euph determination: the overall relation of the valves to the tubing, the shape of the braces, etc.
