Austin Howle stopped by to get his tuba fixed. It was a really easy fix, so we spent the time (that might have been otherwise been spent by someone wrecking his horn, trying to fix it ) playing some duets - just to make sure that his 1st valve would no longer stick or drag...It seems to be fine.
Someone had left a mismatched pair of Amsden duets books in the case with this euphonium I recently bought (one treble / one bass) so - since I ended up with the treble book - it was just easier for me to play euphonium.
We filled him up with fajita wraps and pie, and sent him back to his Mom's house.
A good time was had by all.
