He is a tenured university professor, and mostly plays trombone (plays bass trombone in an orchestra with me - is heard in an "infamous video", but he's a hot-shot alto trombone and - of course - tenor player as well), but he's "into" all other brass, and LOVES Miraphone instruments (particularly "affordable" ones).
Besides these, he has Miraphone bass trumpet, left-handed four-valve Miraphone oval alto horn, and (I forget...) at least one other.
Here are his Miraphone kaiser baritone (which I straightened out for him, after he bought it), his 184 B-flat (which you've seen in the "repair" forum), and his recording bell 183 "polka" E-flat tuba.
