An older friend of mine retired and left Memphis - as do many, who are able.
He now lives in the midst of the Colorado Rockies in a small town, and broadcasts on a “public“ FM station - a couple of nights a week.

Of course, the station streams, and if you would like to hear his next program - which is going to feature some Memphis soul, he is encouraging everyone to tune in.

KVNF is in Montrose, CO, which is a nice town. The area it's in is well worth a visit if you're out this way. Our local public radio station went to an all-news format, and they donated their substantial collection of CDs to KVNF.
