Sorta reminds me of the horn that @martyneilan bought and converted to pistons long ago.

Looks like the eBay one to me. Or at least, pretty darn close to the unusual shape.

I would have bought that for that price. It looks like a good candidate for an entertaining restoration. Of course, no new parts would be used, but the valves would probably have to be rebuilt. All of what is seen in the photo is fixable. It looks to be complete, too — but I only glanced at the photos.
