northeastern outskirts (beyond "suburban") of Little Rock.
There used to be a guy on eBay in Cabot who sold wind instruments there all the time.
I suspect this might just be a "tuba player" person who lives there (ie. "someone else").
It's just a little bit too far for me to go pick it up for someone (6 hr. r/t).
Were it a bit closer, I'd offer to go fetch it for a buyer, and hold on to it, until they were able to pick it up.
Something that makes it even more attractive is that it appears to be a more recently made instrument.
