With a left hand 1st valve trigger, too? Is this a normal factory add on?

Possibly? I've never seen one before, but I'm sure Miraphone could make one if they were asked (and paid) to do it.
I don't recall needing my 1st valve slide much, or ever, though. I'm also wondering why the MTS is pulled out a mile on this horn. That's really weird to me.
