Re: Valves guides
Even the jobbers are out of those, and repair guys are hoarding them - so they will have some for older instruments they might encounter to purchase and resell.
You could 3D print some, or ask a machinist to make some. If you made a bunch, you might be able to sell 'em.
The only other solution (particularly if your pistons are worn - but they're probably fine) is to replace all the pistons, stems, guides, washers with new-style (which will work in the old-style instruments, but ONLY IF you replace EVERYTHING mentioned).
NOTICED:
Someone in the UK seems to be offering - OLD/NEW - a #2, a #3, and a #4 OLD-STYLE pistons WITH those OLD-STYLE guides and screws included...but for (shipped) $100 each !

Re: Valves guides
One more idea...
You could purchase some nylon and drill/counterbore/cut/carve/file/sand them to fit.

Re: Valves guides
I wonder if anyone has ever thought to try 3-D printing those?
Never mind. I see bloke beat me to it.

Re: Valves guides
I'm glad Chris has a bunch of them.
I only have three spares, and (for my repair shop stock, as back-ups for my personally-owned ancient YEP-321, and possible needs for future bought-to-flip instruments) I feel obligated to hold on to them.
