Contact with Wessex

I’ve been trying to contact Wessex for a couple weeks regarding a horn I’m considering purchasing from them, but all I get is crickets. Anyone else had better luck or is that just their business model?

I could see the Queens funeral interrupting communication from england, not sure why the Chicago store would be affected though
