What is this? it says 3/4 and it's rotary. I"m lost (and not going to buy it, just curious.)

I guess it's a what-a-clone.

Did they just use the same picture cropped 4 ways?

It looks kind of like my little Scherzer, except not good.

It looks like the same previously mentioned Cb tuba that was being imported a lot with an M&M engraving years back. before the (mass chinaphone importers) empire.
