Re: Ron Carter interview
Saw this this morning as Rob Carter, and moved on. Ron Carter makes more sense!
Bookmarked for later, but Ron has been very active in things like this since the lockdown. It's been great having a legend talk about his life so much; I feel like many jazz legends don't do this enough.

Re: Ron Carter interview
iPhone dysfunction...(sledgehammer-bound, to be replaced with some sort of non-dysfunctional/inexpensive android)
It (as those things believe they know everything, and "just want to help" ) "assumed" that I must have meant "Rob", because I text two people named "Rob" and none named "Ron"...so (at the very last instant - as I was launching the post - it changed it.
I discovered that Applehell-idiocy later, and fixed it.
very VERY soon...
no more g-d'ed
- demanding my "apple id"
- trying to send me to some wft-place called an "iTunes Store" (!?!?)
All of the VERY WORST of human dregs (both Morlocks AND Eloi) - quite obviously - work for that megacorp.

Re: Ron Carter interview
My favorite new "features" in autocorrect is failing at correcting grammar; e.g., "what we're you doing?" "Hit the clown on it's nose." And yes, completely changing a word from something I meant. No, phone, I did mean "we ate at Abe's," not "we are at Abe's." And yes, I play the tuba, not the tuna. And while we're at it, no, I did not make a tuba sandwich.

My favorite thing about autocorrect is the ability to turn that POS off!BopEuph wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 1:33 pm My favorite new "features" in autocorrect is failing at correcting grammar; e.g., "what we're you doing?"
