These are 100% LEGAL.
1.) I have arranged two of the dances from Arbeau's Orchésographie (1589). Both are somewhat familiar tunes to most musicians as they have been used in other pieces or are studied in music school.
One is a beautiful Pavane (Belle qui tiens ma vie) and the other is a great Basse Dance (Jouyssance vous donneray) and both have parts for a floor tom player. The part in the Pavane is not necessary to the piece, but the Basse Dance cannot be performed without the tom part. DO NOT BUY THIS SET unless you understand that you MUST use a drummer for the Basse Dance. If you buy it and then get all pissed off because "There's some big time gaps in that there piece of your'n, Bubba!" then that's on you, super-genius. Those are supposed to be filled with drum notes. You know, the ones I am currently warning you about right now?

Here are some very cheesy mp3 files to allow you to preview these arrangements. The Basse Dance is quite hard up to speed. We performed these back in 2012 and the audience loved them. And my Scheidt-like ornamentation is approved as being "authentic and fun to play" by educated guys who play that stuff all the time.

2.) I have a very pretty arrangement of the Bliss "It is Well With My Soul" with no added BS like an intro or outro, one time through the piece. It can be adapted to work with chorus pretty easily — with some cooperation from the screamers. This one costs $20. It is short, not even a full page, but it sounds *very* nice in church. No percussion part.
