WTB Bach 42B trombone parts (bell section main tuning slide outer slide parts)

looking for
- small side main tuning slide (bell section, of course) outside slide tube, and
- the ferrule that connects that tube to the goosneck
(Both are made of nickel brass.
It would be really nice if the outside slide tube is equipped with its trim ring.)
