I don't think so. In the listing it states that the bell receiver is only 5".
The BBb horns are like 6.25" or so.

If you already have a decent sized Bb tuba then a large vintage Eb tuba (50/50 chance or worse of having "unusual" intonation) is the last thing you want. Look for a small King or Conn Eb. The default intonation will probably be much better and you'll have a bigger contrast to your Bb…

I have a B♭ tuba, and I’m not looking for a do everything E♭ horn to replace it, and I want a four valve horn. I guess I’ll hold out for a YEB-321 or YEB-381 to come up for sale.

I agree with that. I’ve played several vintage Eb tubas and sousaphones. I’ve owned a good King Eb sousaphone but even it had one difficult note. This one in the ad looks similar to a fixed bell version Ling made much earlier. There is a chance it could be good because it is a newer version. I’d want to play it before committing to it.
