Is that the factory configuration of the bows, regarding how those tubas appear from the back?

Yes, they are (correct as pictured).
The top action model has the branch following the same arc as the top bow (not passing under it) as you’ve seen on the ones I’ve had.

The link says the instrument is "out of stock." Hopefully, someone on here bought it and can let us know!

I saw than one pop up the other day- Looks like a cool horn. I love my york with the top action and wonder how that one would differ
