Was always a big fan of MW rotor tubas' ergonomics in using the third valve slide as a palm rest.
I think the Yamaha rotor Bb is like that as well, and maybe the big Willson.

It's not that I would own one myself or that I'm any sort of Buffet dealer, but I was sort of sad to see that model dropped from the line (long ago). There's quite a significant difference between the 20 and the 25, and the 20 is absolutely as good an instrument as a Miraphone 186, yet (particularly today) slightly smaller with a slightly more concise sound. I believe I prefer the model 20 over the 3/4 (defacto 4/4) Rudolf Meinl in B-flat.
