Hercules tuba stand -- make me an offer

Hercules tuba stand... I got this in a tuba deal a while ago, and the original owner said he had barely used it. Since then it has sat in my garage... It's in great shape, looks basically new.
$75... local pickup, or shipping at your cost. It's heavy, but pretty sure it can be disassembled for easier packing... Still might be a little expensive to ship, but I'll try to find the most economical option.
