I don't think I've heard anyone who makes a better case for solid fundamentals vs constantly looking for a different instrument better than you. Literally every horn you play sounds good.

Those excerpts are well-played on difficult-to-play instruments.

Over the decades/centuries, I believe dragons have grown larger and fiercer (as with wind instruments).
I'm thinking that a 21st C. Siegfried,Fafner, or Hagen-497 (in someone's capable hands as your own) can offer a better portrayal of a 21st Hollywood movie (or opera) concept of a dragon.

(Obviously, some recording engineer "magic" - in conjunction with one of those three models of instruments - in your-or-another's capable hands - would "amplify" the fierceness beyond how any of those would sound from an orchestra pit.)
