I am a little skeptical of this, as the seller's FB account is brand new with profile pictures of different people, and with only one friend who is in Indonesia. But if it's legit, it is a great deal.

Ask them to send a picture with today's NYT front page of section 2 in front of it.

If someone was trying to scam somebody, why wouldn't they scan them with something that was shinier, more expensive, and offers wider appeal?

I'm skeptical about most everything just a little bit, but I see people who are gullible about really big things, but very skeptical about very small things.

Skeptical as well...especially with a new account like that. However, I did send a message (out of curiosity) and ask if they would do an in person sale...response was yes. Pretty sure that's the only way I would do it in this case.

I live about 2 hours from NYC, and am really tempted, but I'd wager it is too good to be true.

Given the above, I’m not sure I’d take cash to an in person meet up, unless I had a very large friend with me.
