reconnections from ancient times

This is the older of two brothers who lived on the street behind ours (three houses down). I never went in their front door or carport door, because the way that everyone went to their house - who was a little kid - cut across the very large pre-subdivision-existing lot of the house on our street, went through a gate at the very back, and entered their property from their backyard...as long as the person knew how to deal with their feisty dachshund.
Both of the brothers ended up being highfalutin doctors.. in other words: "doctors of note", and I just reconnected with this one on Facebook after all these years, as the one who was my age still lives and practices in Memphis.
It's the older one who just reached out to me, and is a super music enthusiast, clarinet player, and really loves to play the contrabass clarinet. (He likes the same pitches that we like.) I believe he may have sought out Dan Oberloh's services in the past, as he is based in Seattle as well. He's coming here for Christmas to see his 96-year-old mother who actually still lived in that house until last year, astonishingly. He may show up at the first of two services at my Christmas Eve gig, and we can reconnect in-person.
(Dr.Phillip Chance... a real doctor, and not a music doctor or a Biden doctor... we've gone pretty far since building sandcastles from the pile of sand their dad put in their side yard - for them to play in - around 60 years ago.)
