Happy Tuesday Tuesday. The Museum features a Conn, EE flat helicon, 3 piston, 1898.

Serial #: 65669

Bell Diameter 15.5”, Bore Size .620.

Comments:

“MADE BY / C.G. CONN / ELKHART / IND / – AND – / NEW YORK” on bell. Floral engraving around identification marks. “65669” on second valve.

I know Conn bought the Fiske factory in Worcester in the late 1800s, but what was their connection to New York?

Thanks—looks like it was a store at 23 East Fourteenth Street. Currently occupied by a Wendy's and Taco Bell!
