PA: resurrectable wall-hanger sousaphone for sale $325

Looks like a Conn 20K or something with some slides in the wrong spots and fully extended...? Any better guesses?

Due to the upper side of the 1st valve tubing, I am thinking York or Holton. If it’s York, it is the small bore at .656.

Thanks! Big question is if there are actual pistons inside the casings.

Were I to drive up on something like that at a outdoor flea market and didn't have to pay to ship it, I believe I could talk to the seller long enough to put it in the back of my car and drive away with it, and it's not in horrible shape. The valves are either going to be .734" Conn or .726" Selmer (I'd wager on the latter), and both of those can be found, albeit one is easier to find than the other... but is it even missing the valves?
