I am almost 100 percent sure this guy is a scammer.
He uses Pictures that I know have been took by other people.

No, this guy is not a scammer. The guy who hacked his account and is listing all sorts of nice stuff - he is a scammer.

THIS...and please, everyone keep reporting these auctions whenever the same pics of horns show up. These are all hacked accounts sadly.

Scam is used as picture now instead of description so it’s harder to search for by eBay...
