Based on supplied measurements, that's probably the more common B-flat version, and not the version that fits the less-common C or F (ie. F "Symphonie").

ie. The seller representation seems to be correct.

Yes, he is a good guy. I’ve had several transactions with him over the years. I’ve always been very satisfied.

Things I like most in a seller:

Does not overrepresent
No frills/superlatives
Good pricing
Direct/to the point

Tom is pretty much all of those. I've bought a couple tubas from him.
