Schilke D5.3 mouthpiece throat size?
Does anyone know the throat size on the Schilke D5.3 trombone mouthpiece?
Re: Schilke D5.3 mouthpiece throat size?
I found the following from https://www.schilkemusic.com/products/m ... euphonium/
M5.3 K (.281″) A Medium Shallow Cup that provides more brilliance with a larger rim diameter than the 5.2 models. L
D5.3 K (.281″) A Standard cup shape that provides a deeper bottom to the sound core. L
D5.3* K (.281″) Standard Cup with tapered throat. More open than D5.3 L
The K is the throat measurement. Is this what you are looking for?
