anyone here ever shipped an empty hard case? It's a wood case, fairly small (piggy size)
no wheels.
Thinking of just taping some paper to the outside of it get a shipping quote.

might arrive in slightly better shape with a layer of the 1"-bubbles bubble wrap and stretch-wrap over everything (leaving the handle exposed).

If only stretch wrap, maybe at least put bubble wrap over the latches, hinges, feet, and wheels before pulling stretch wrap around it
