Euphonium trigger installation southern cal

Post by soarcj@aol.com »

If I bought a trigger kit, where in Southern California would you have it installed?

That's up to you, but - even though they all look the same in pictures - the geometry of (compensating) euphoniums of different makers is all...different, so if a brand X "kit" to go on a brand Y euphonium...' might as well have made it from scratch...

...also (when factory installed - whether Germany or Asia) I see a whole bunch which rely on "loose fit" vs. "perfect alignment".

"My euphonium blows different than it did before I had this main slide trigger installed..."

yup.

Don Sawday or Brad Close would probably be good choices. Both are good with things that need a precise approach.
