TU410 4/4 CC Tuba

I am searching for a quality tuba with a low price (Max 6000) because I don't have alot of money and I saw a TU410 4/4 CC Tuba for $2595.00 in Silver.
Could you guys help me, is it a good idea? What are the good and the bad side of the horn? Do you have another tuba to recommend me? Is there a place I could test this horn or another horn you would recommend me? Thanks !
