Dillon had one a long while back that was set up 4+1 with a bad scotch-brite finish. It also looks like a 2-3 combination fifth valve too.

Since I own both a 183 and a 283 == the differences in mine are that the 283 slots more easily, making it easier to play, plus it has easier intonation. However, my 183 is more accessible below-the-staff, and I did perfectly fine using the low Ab false tone, which is more open than the same note on the 283. However -- I don't use the 5th valve on the 283 and don't actually need it, except for better slotting on the B below middle C, which I play 1-5. I didn't feel a lack of a fifth valve at all on the 183.
