A friend sent me a Facebook video of this tuba ensemble. Anyone have an idea of the name of the piece they’re playing, as well as any info about the event? From reading the comments under the video, it seems to be an annual thing.

I only heard the first four notes - because I kinda gotta go, but I'm pretty sure it's Basin Street Blues.
