no name on it- maybe the bell was replaced at some point. Wrapped something like an Alex:

That bottom bow cap is interesting. It looks like it's either two pieces, or just a big patch going up the side:

I'd say a big patch- maybe to reinforce an area badly damaged by a "young scholar" as @bloke would say.

I'm not telling anyone else what to buy or what not to buy blah blah blah blah blah.
Outside of patches, clock spring linkage is a non-starter for me.
It's usually rattly and not something that I want to use either in practice or in performance, and it dates the rotors as well...
I'd say half the time you end up with a tuba with good rotors with those types of levers, but the other half the time you don't.
