Need valve cluster for King tuba/sousaphone

A friend of mine is trying to obtain one so as to add a 4th valve to a 3-valve that plays very, very well. Any out there?

I bought a Reynolds E flat 4-valve valve cluster that needed some work from Dan Schultz several years ago and I think two or three years ago I gave it back to him for free, because I realized I didn't want it. LOL.
Isn't that the same bore size?
I wonder if he still has it.
