Walter Nirschl York BBb- Tuba , Sound example

During my trip through southern Germany, I tested his great BBb-Tuba York model (and his CC model as well of course) at Walter Nirschl's and recorded a very short video. A very nice, warm tone. Great instrument. Enjoy listening! :tuba:

The darkest tuba sound known to mankind. I wonder what the Silver plate version sounds like?

Unfortunately I had not the opportunity to play a silver one. But I was super that Walter had a BBb one in his workshop... he had a CC as well and a British F Tuba too...
