Sold: Conn Alto Horn

Post by Urgon »

My dad is in a nursing home, and I need to sell his instruments. This is a Conn alto horn. Paul Abel, owner of The Abel Brass Clinic, says this is a 1919 model.

Price:

$175. All offers will be considered.

Location and Delivery:

The instrument is being held in Rochester, NY at The Abel Brass Clinic (owner: Paul Abel). If you live nearby, you can pick it up there after I tell Paul it's been sold. You can also come check it out.

I am currently living in NC, but I am staying in NY until sometime in the middle of October, splitting my time between Rochester, Syracuse, Oneonta, and the Finger Lakes. While I'm still in the area, I can deliver the instrument within ~100 miles of any of those cities. It might take me a few days to get back to Rochester to pick it up, though.

When I drive back to NC in October, I can also meet people about ~100 miles of my way. I generally take Route 81, so if you live within 50 miles of this route, I would deliver for free.

If you live further away than this, maybe we can work something out. I'm trying to sell these locally or in person to not have to ship them.

Contact:

You can send me a PM here, and I will try to respond within 24 hours. I'm currently camping in the Finger Lakes region of NY, so my internet might be spotty.

Cool horns!

Just FYI, your link at the bottom for the miraphone goes to a thread about slide grease.
