Servus mitanand!
Does anyone know where I can find decent recordings of a chromatic bass horn or an English horn? Jack Adler-McKean has a bunch, but I can't only watch his videos. I am, however, grateful as all get out to him! I found a lot of music to practice on my ophicleide and such because of his videos. I just want MOAR!

Not really the same subject, but Tom Hanks did a movie called "The Man With One Red Shoe" and the apartment the character lived had 2 of them on a book shelf. Somebody must know the back story on that.

Yay! That video is awesome. Now I want a chromatic bass horn. I actually want all of those horns, and every one he's played on in his videos. It is so great to be able to hear these instruments again, now to get them played in an orchestra! Better yet: Have new ones made based off the older ones (with SOME improvements - no ivory).
