I didn't look too closely at the actual fingering chart pictured, but in the book it is next to an illustration of a non-comp 4 piston instrument. But i'm sure that is the least of one's worries or concerns.
I think that this is a New Standard model and they’re pretty much the same as a small bell Boosey Imperial, so a nice compact Tuba that plays well. It’s a four valve compensating instrument. As it’s in the USA I’m assuming it was built in standard or low pitch. I played one of these for a while, it had been poorly converted from high pitch but otherwise seemed fine to me.
