Post reponses such as mine (this post response) are annoying, because they aren't what is requested...
=====================================
That having been said, it's becoming more-and-more difficult to locate these (with 15-inch bells) with nice, new-condition valves (due to age).
If you find a 19" bell one (maybe with good most-everything else, but a badly-beat-up bell), the YEB-321 bells are virtual duplicates of those 15" B&H bells, and (though it takes months to get one in from Japan) they can be ordered and bought.
The Yamaha 15-inch bell's part number is H3630510.
It would need to be ordered from a Yamaha dealer, or from a repair shop that has an established account with Yamaha.

I happen to have one of these if you're still looking. I love how it plays but I'm primarily a trombonist and have a newborn at home... hard to justify keeping it and the two BBb horns, and the sovereign Eb...

I fairly sure that the OP is in the USA so, as carriage costs between the USA and U.K. are prohibitive, I’d have thought it OK to post as below:
If anyone in the U.K. has one of these for sale or gathering dust then I’d be interested in hearing from them. Basically I’m looking for a 15” Bell Eb, four valves is preferable but three compensating ones might be of interest too.
