Miraphone 1295-$5,850

Post by Pakins51 »

I'm looking to sell or trade my Miraphone 1295. It plays great, and all the valves and slides move great! Just looking to get a rotary horn instead! I'm located in Statesboro, Ga and willing to drive a few hours or ship at the buyers expense. Shoot me an offer!

It’s like a bit of B&S-flavored layout with some Marzan/B&M sprinkled on top.

I wrote some gibberish about this being the third valve upper loop out front. It’s fourth. Well then, that’s pretty clever in terms of economy of hand motion. First usually needs a little movement to clear up some issues, and having fourth right there makes the low register adjustments handy.

Yes, this reminds me of the B&S piston slide layout, where 1/3/4 are pretty handy and somewhat planar. Cool tuba.
